- Room sync — room data synchronizes from Opera Cloud through HotelSmarters' integration platform service, keeping room inventory aligned between the PMS and HotelSmarters.
- Guest billing sync — guest billing information syncs from Opera Cloud, tying billing data directly to the guest's stay inside HotelSmarters.
